CANCELLATION POLICY
We value our clients and their time. We expect that you value our time as well. Sessions rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are charged at 100% of the fee; within 48 hours—charged at 50% of the fee; within 72 hours—charged at 35% of the fee.
RATE ESTIMATES
Rate estimates based upon work within 75 radial miles of Phoenix, AZ 85004. Work outside of this area is subject to a 40% rate increase. Travel is charged at a domestic flat rate of $1,800 for airfare, hotel, and per diem for up to 2-night’s stay plus negotiated rate for travel time; International travel is charged at the estimated rate for business class airfare or equivalent for cumulative flying time of eight hours or longer on consultant’s carrier(s) of choice plus hotel and per diem calculated at the US Dept. of State foreign per diem rates. Government rates available. Rates in effect for FY 2018.
